Iet me introduce myself my name is Vincenzo Tripodi and I am a technician for pasta factories, now retired, I worked 30 years with the company La Parmigianaof Fidenza from (1974 to 2004)
and then 14 years with the company Storci / Fava spa from Collecchio.
From January 2019 I have my own company of consultancy and assistance for pasta factories, from artisan to industrial.
